March 28, 2006: First all... Happy Birthday to Jason Cooley. The dinner at Texas Roadhouse hit the spot and was pretty good. The servers actually line danced throughout the night and Jay was forced to line dance with them...too funny!! I updated the pictures page on my website to include some of the pics taken earlier this year. Check them out here. I also updated the Forum page. The presentation looks a lot better and you can actually utilize the calendar for any important dates you want to post...just register!! Kings can't seem to stay on track as they fall 1 game below .500 losing the last 4 of 5 games. FTW play their second game this week at 7:15 in Davis. Check out the Jokers as they face a must-win game this Sunday. March 20, 2006: Still raining... and it got colder!! Haven't really done too much since my last update. Met up with Melton, Joanne, Nick, Jay, Richele and Tram at Leatherbye's this weekend for Joanne's belated birthday event. After that went to Country Club Lanes. Man that place has changed since the last time I bowled their at night. They actually charge a cover before you can even get in ($5). I guess its good though so it keeps the loiters out. Not enough people to try out for this season's softball league at Mather. We'll definitely get one going for next season. FTW start up a mini basketball league (6 games) this Thursday 3/23 in Davis. Kings are back at .500 after losing the last 2 games on the road to beatable teams. Check out Rex Kwon Do's 3-3 season!! March 13, 2006: Man I can't wait for it stop raining. The weather has been kinda weird lately. One day its sunny and warm then the next few hours its cloudy and cold! Jason's trying to get a softball team together at Mather. The league will start in a week. So if anyone's interested please contact me. Also the Davis league is going to start up again in a couple weeks, hopefully I'll be at least 80% recovered from my injury. The Kings are finally a game over .500 and are currently in the 8th spot. I knew they still had a shot at the playoffs. March 7, 2006: I updated the Announcements page along with the actual working links to them. I can't believe its been about 6 years since I first started my website! Special thanks to James Menor for providing the cool picture of the Downtown San Diego skyline for my header image!! Last Sunday I had a softball tournament in Antelope. I didn't do too bad for my first game in like 1 1/2 years. I went 1-4,2 runs, 1 rbi with a triple in 2 games. Unfortuneately, the last 2 games were postponed due to the terrible weather. Can't wait for the actual season to start! March 3, 2006: My family went down to Kodiak, AK this week for my Grandmother's funeral. She passed away last week on the 22nd. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to fly with them due to work. Its been a pretty tough year so far for my family. I'm glad I was able to visit her a couple months ago when I went to Kodiak for my grandfather's funeral. On a higher note, Softball is around the corner and my first game/tournament is this Sunday. I'm a bit rusty, haven't swung a bat in "several" months. The Kings are finally showing some life after a lackluster start. I still think the Artest for Peja trade was a really great move by the Kings. March Madness is this month, I'll keep you posted on any $$ bracket development. Jesse Dongallo moved back to New York this week. Heard he had a grand time in Nevada and is currently enjoying his stay in Cheyenne, WY. Be sure to check out the League Update tab for info on the FTW and Jokers Basketball teams...
