Hope everyone had a great Christmas. I know its been a while since I updated my site. Things have been busy with work and other stuff. Now its almost 2008. I haven't put together a list of resolutions yet but I sorta have an idea. Brew and Tiffany came in from New York for about a week. That was cool to see them. Haven't been able to workout for a few weeks due to my hamstring injury but I'm about 80% right now.
After winning 3 of 5 on the road, the Kings go on a 3-game losing streak at home and are now at 11-17. The Patriots are 1 game away from tying the best record in NFL at 16-0. I really hope they pull a Dallas Mavericks in the playoffs. I finished 3rd place in Jay's fantasy football league and lost in the 1st round in my old work league. I play for the championship in a non money league for my old work by beating the #4 and the #1 seed...

Thirteen days til Christmas and less than 20 days til the new year. Thats insane how fast this year has been. Its finally starting to look like we're going to have a winter in Sacramento. Frost on the windshield in the morning and hitting the low 30's at night. Still trying to recover from my hamstring injury I sustained during Turkey Bowl. Kinda sucks cuz I can't do much running on it.
In sports, the Kings lost to the Celtics today and are now 8-13. They seem like they're getting better but they just lost Kevin Martin to a groin injury. Its been the same story for the Kings the last several years. The Steelers got clobbered by the Patriots last Sunday. I thought it would've been a closer game but it sucks when key players in your defense are injured. Hope the Pats lose against the winless Dolphins in week 16. As for my fantasy football leagues, I made the playoffs in all 3 leagues! Last week I was ranked 6 of 8 and upset the #3 seed to reach the semi's! I start the playoffs in my other leagues as a #6 seed and a #5 seed!
Here's a funny flash back from In Living Color...
Its been a while since I updated my site. Just been busy with the new job and other family matters. It was good to see all my cousins and family back in Hawaii. The weather was pretty humid and normally reached the mid-80s. I'll post up pics soon. When I came back to Sacramento, it was pretty cold (low 60s). A few sporting events happened the past couple weeks. The first is the annual Turkey Bowl, which I am still undefeated after 7 or 8 years since it first started. This past weekend, I participated in the California International Relay Marathon. Our team came out in 1st place with a time of 3:01:44. Not bad!
In other sports news, the Kings won impressively over the Spurs and Houston and are now 6-10. Not too bad but at least they're starting to play a lot better. The Steelers barely beat the Dolphins last week in a mud bowl contest and beat the Bengals yesterday. Next week they play the Patriots. Hopefully, they'll be able to beat the Pat's streak! So far I'm guaranteed 2 playoff spots in 2 of my fantasy football leagues. The other league is still up in the air until next week.
